Senator Grendell and I introduced legislation that would create a two-year moratorium for new eminent domain takings in Ohio in order to give a new task force time to assess Ohio's eminent domain laws.

State Senator Kimberly Zurz was appointed to the Ohio Senate in September 2003 and reelected in November 2004. Since her beginning days in government, as a former Legislative Liaison/Administrative Assistant for the County Treasurer, Zurz has understood the importance of being involved in the governmental process.
